Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time; annual plans require 30 days notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, use it for unlawful purposes, or deploy it in a manner that violates the rights of others. You are responsible for all content and data you provide to the Service.
All software, branding, and content provided by SableAssent LLC remain our property. You retain ownership of content and data you provide. You grant us a license to use your content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and other users.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SableAssent LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SableAssent LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Wyoming.
